2010-06-01 Click HereAppointed as a Lecturer of Law in 2005 and, thereafter getting consecutive promotion, elevated to the post of a Professor of Law. Passed LL.B (Hons) and LL.M under the Department of Law and obtained 1st position in the 1st class in both of the exams. Awarded Chancellor’s gold medal for securing 1st position in the Faculty of Law. Prior to this, passed SSC and HSC exams obtaining 1st division with star marks. Performed as the Head of the Department (Chairman) of Al-Fiqh and Law. Awarded Ph.D on the dissertation entitled “Judicial Mechanisms to Ensure Family Rights of Women in Bangladesh with Special Reference to Family Court”. Published research articles in various research journals on legal issues, especially on procedural and substantive laws, judicial mechanisms and administration of Justice etc.
Research interest:Interested to conduct research on contemporary legal issues; loopholes, challenges & potentials of procedural and substantive laws; their application through judicial mechanisms; legal & institutional framework and administration of justice.
